Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the UK. International delivery times vary by location but generally arrive within 7-14 business days.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
How should I care for my jewellery?
To maintain the brilliance of your pieces, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. Store your jewellery in a cool, dry place, preferably in the original pouch provided.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we provide a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or loss of items.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery progress.
